Recent candidates at the CITA dental and dental hygiene exams held
June 11-13, 2008 should wait to receive your results in the mail.  Licenses will be available for pickup at our office on July 3, 2008 after 3:00 pm.  Our office will be closed July 4.
Licenses not picked up by 5:30 pm on July 3 will be mailed from our office on Monday, July 7 to the addresses on file.

Do not call the Board office to ask for special arrangements
or to pickup earlier as this will only delay the entire licensing process!

Please note, any practitioner working without their license in hand will be subject to Board discipline and may face criminal misdemeanor charges.
